Terms and Conditions: Camaro and F-Body Fest

1. General Agreement

By purchasing a ticket, registering a vehicle, or entering the premises of Camaro and F-Body Fest (the "Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Event is owned and operated by OSS Festivals, LLC.

2. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. OSS Festivals, LLC maintains a strict No Refund Policy.

  • No refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: participant's inability to attend, vehicle mechanical failure, or changes in personal scheduling.

  • You acknowledge that you are purchasing a ticket for a festival with multiple attractions; the unavailability of any single activity does not entitle you to a refund.

3. Weather Policy (Rain or Shine)

The Event is a "Rain or Shine" engagement. The festival will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless the venue or local authorities determine that conditions are unsafe for the general public.

  • Activity Delays: Certain high-performance activities, specifically drag racing, autocross, or speed trials, may be delayed, paused, or cancelled entirely due to inclement weather (e.g., rain, track moisture, or high winds) at the sole discretion of the Event officials to ensure participant safety.

  • No Partial Refunds: No refunds or partial credits will be issued if specific activities (such as drag racing) are cancelled or delayed due to weather or track conditions.

4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: THIS SECTION IMPACTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Attendance and participation in automotive events involve inherent risks, including property damage and serious physical injury.

  • Voluntary Assumption: By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks related to moving vehicles, track activities, loud noises, and the outdoor environment.

  • Release: To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge OSS Festivals, LLC, its members, officers, employees, and the host venue from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury or property damage arising out of your attendance at the Event.

5. Media Release

By entering the Event grounds, you grant OSS Festivals, LLC the irrevocable right to use your likeness, voice, and images of your vehicle in any and all media (including social media and promotional broadcasts) worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement and all transactions contemplated hereby shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. * Venue: Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Event shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the county where the Event is held or where OSS Festivals, LLC maintains its principal place of business in Florida.

7. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
